On major holidays we expand our hours to accommodate our customers.

Summer Hours

During the summer months of July and August we are closed during the week and are open 10 AM - 3 PM on Saturdays only

Order Cancelation

If you cancel an order before shipment we will issue a refund, however there will be a fee of two dollars to cover the paypal account credit fee.

We can not issue a credit after an order has shipped. Food items may not by regulation, be returned for resale. If you have any problem with anything you have purchased from us please let us know and we will resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Allergen Information

Our candy is processed on shared equipment and the following allergens may be present in quantity and/or trace amounts: milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanut, pecan, hazelnut, walnut, almond, cashew, pistachio and coconut.

Ording Information

When ordering items which are needed by date certain, please remember that typical shipping time is two to three days. For items such as the Event Favors and or Imprinted Ribbons, both of which are made to order, require a least one week plus the shipping delay, or ten days. For issues of production and shipping we ask that you abide by a minium order of 24 peices for favors and ribbons.

Shipping Considerations

Shipping Services

We ship by USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Typically post shipment arrival is two to four business days. Tracking information is sent via email when your order ships. If you require faster delivery we can upgrade the service at additional cost. To request faster shipment indicate this in the comment box provided at the payment processing stage. Please indicate the desired delivery date. We will calculate the additional charges and get your approval by email.

Summer Shipping

Chocolate is quite susceptible to heat degrading. We do not ship during our summer recess. Cold packing is an expensive option to secure the chocolates quality during shipping, however the cost of the cold pack material and the additional shipping charges overwhelms it as a cost effective option.

In Season Shipping

During our normal shipping season we consider the temperature to the shipping destination and advise our customer prior to shipping that cold packing is required at additional cost allowing our customer the option to delay or cancel the order.
